MY RATING: 9.50

There is something beyond gaming.... (Serious I play Softball).

Lots of anime (my favorites are Black Lagoon, Macross, Nadesico, Full Metal Panic, and Gundam (UC)).

Northeast

Use to play L5R but I couldn't keep pace with the changes to the card game as some of my favorite cards would go out date. Use to play very heavily themed decks (such as my Gold Edition First Legion Lion Deck) or interesting concept such as Lady Kitsune Krazy Kombo deck.

Wow where to begin, I am veteran GM of BattleTech (yes I run RPG campaigns in that setting), Star Wars Saga Edition, D&D (2, 3, and 3.5 ... 4 coming soon), L5R, Street Fighter (the old White Wolf game), Rifts, Robotech (Palladium variant), Bubblegum Crisis, and Shadowrun. I have played long campaigns of Rolemaster, Mage, Werewolf, Earthdawn, Mekton/Fuzion, Mutants and Masterminds, Deadlands, and Exhalted. I own lots of other RPGs and often use them as source material for my games. I am always willing to try a RPG game, especially with a fun group.

Only played in a World of Darkness LARP once and didn't enjoy it. Too much PvP for me...

I actively play BattleTech once a week and also occasionally play Warhammer 40K. I own a Witchhunter force, a Vanilla Space Marine force, and a Necromunda style IG army (though it needs tanks). I use to play Clan Wars (L5R miniature game) but nobody plays that anymore. I have a Crane and Lion armies. I also have played Warlord (Reaper's mini game) with an Elf force, but I don't play that often. I am always interested in playing different mini games as I always am interesting on how the other games do things. Also I love to see a well built force on the field.

My Favorite game currently is Formula De, alot of strategy and luck goes into the game, which very closely resembles Formula One racing. Unfortuantely finding tracks for the game has proven to be difficult. I also enjoy the original FASA Crimson Skies. Any game that has players moving simulatenously is a fun game. I have enjoyed strategy games such as Twilight Imperium and Axis and Allies. And as always, I always have fun playing new games.

I play World of Warcraft every once in a while. It is a usually a burst here and a burst there. But just simply can't find the time or motivation to play a sustained period of time.

See and here I thought all the Mekton fans had gone into hiding. Now if we can just get a decent Fuzion/Interlock Exalted conversion going, the stars are the limit. Awesome page and we have a lot of interests in common. Good short fiction as well.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make due to a tight schedule at work and distance of travel involved (I live in Massachusetts now). It was awesome to see B'ham finally have a convention as successful as OmegaCon. A friend of mine got back into gaming again as a result of going to OmegaCon.

It looks like you guys did have a blast at the con. Glad to here it.

I gotcha - are you from Bham?  :)

What did you think of OmegaCon?

We had a BLAST at Omegacon!! It was really a great con for us: individually and as a group. We made some awesome contacts for future work and just out and out had a great time!  :)  Check out Episode 2 of our podcast for JUST THE BEGINNINGS of all of the fun goodness that we had. I'm currently working on at least three other podcasts JUST on Omegacon!  :)  Also, scope our Gallery of pics here or here!

Were you there, Banzai?
