I am the CEO of Diving Dragon Games, a minute game design company I run out of my appartment. Our flagship product is a take on the trading card game that we like to call Geek Fight. If you are wondering what the heck I keep talking about, or if you would like to take the role of one of the many geek and gamer stereotypes that we let loose in the arena just drop by www.divingdragongames.org/geekfight.html

Thanks for the B-Day wishes!

Also, we just went to a small con, and we sold around 150 packs! Our forum is about to start crawling with players. We already have people posting their deck and card ideas. Things tell me they are going to get crazy in a week or so. Swing by if you do not fear this class of nerd (über though we may be :) ).

Sweet, I will have to (and best wishes-150 is pretty good).

I don't get out to cons (or to gaming for that matter) much anymore but yes-the archtypes were very similiar.  Which leads me to another idea-you'd have to word it carefully but something that reflects all the Klingon cosplayers-maybe a "forehead prosthetic" suspiciously shaped like a lobster tail or something?
I did like the fang idea.
You need maybe a DM screen and maybe a Game Folder or Backpack (overflowing of course).

Not a Collectable Card Game player (not wired that way for some reason) but I love what I'm seeing.  For your next release you could consider some sort of Vampire LARPer, and variants on the wargamer like Historical Wargamer who quotes boring historical battles to death and the Hoard Wargamer who buries you in miniatures.  Perhaps some sort of reference to the Blackleaf crowd is in order.  Sorry, getting carried away here.

Don't feel badabout gettting carried away! This game is meant to be open source, so we actually take player feed back seriously. I love those ideas. We already have some other people wanting to sponsor LARPer cards, so it looks like the LARP mini set that I have been wanting to make will be happening. Hmmm... Maybe a cosmetic fang card...

That is the great thing about Geek Fight, even people that don't like card games fall in love with some of the cards. Tell me, did any of them remind you of people you know?
