Dexter, Venture Bros, Law and Order SVU, Monk, Jericho, Metalocalypse... I've found that even mediocre TV is pretty good on DVD without commercials. It's hard to even watch television on TV anymore, I get so offended by some loud jerk trying to sell me stuff while I'm trying to relax in my living room. I paint with the TV on for background noise... it almost doesn't matter what's on.

Fairbanks, Alaska, about 1200 miles north of Seattle, pretty much right in the middle of the state.

Played quite a bit of Magic and Jyhad (now called V:tes) back in the day, Illuminati, even Legend of the Burning Sands. But 7th Sea was the game that captured my imagination and interest (and dollars!) more than any other card game before or since. Until they revised the look of the cards, when I almost immediately lost all interest, and then the game shortly thereafter went kaput. Coincidence...? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I haven't actually had a regular RPG-ing group in years, but I've played D&D, Palladium Fantasy, Paranoia, Toon, Heroes Unlimited, and RIFTS. But the big ones were Vampire and Werewolf - my friends and I played them all through high school and college. Not that any of us were even remotely goth, we just liked the game. I've been buying Call of Cthulhu rulebooks since I was 14 years old, and I've been able to play a couple of times (including one fantastic year long campaign), and it remains my favorite game and system to this day, but lack of other players locally has kept it as one of the games I've played least over the years.

Nope. Never. I hung out with some Vampire LARPers when I was in Memphis in the Air Force, but it was for the cute goth chicks. And no, I never scored. *sigh* I guess my two points of Presence couldn't overcome their three points of Blase... I had the worst date of my life with a local Fairbanks goth chick LARPer (a very cute one, too). It's a long story, but it's funny now that I've got some distance from it. Buy me a couple of beers and I might even tell it to you sometime.

Wargods of Aegyptus, Chronopia, Games Workshop's Lord of the Rings, and I often buy random miniatures by a wide range of manufacturers for the fun of painting or converting them.

I do also play World of Warcraft - I'm on the Kilrogg server. I've got one character, a level 70 Warlock named Oneiros.

RECENT VISITORS

I do most of my shopping locally at "The Comic Shop", an excellent comics and games store here in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Courtesy.

Being bothered when I don't want to be bothered. Why can't the rest of the world be psychic and know when to leave me alone without being told???

I screen my calls, but I also often forget to turn my cell phone on (or recharge it). So I might be ignoring you, or I might just have flaked out. I'm ~mysterious~

Thanks. All I did really was change the colors around a bit.

Good Luck with Forge Of Ice! Let me know how things go!
