MY RATING: 9.99

Mostly comic books (Captain America, Iron Man, Punisher, war, horror), historical and political non-fiction and old school pulp.

I develop wargames and run my own miniatures company. I also read a lot of comics, write and eat. I love living life with my kick BACK-SIDE family.

I listen to everything but I am a huge old school punk and rockabilly fan. Talk radio is a main stay in my life, too.

Love most movies generally and don't find much time for TV but I do watch BSG, Mr. Meaty and anything on the History or Military Channel. Cable news is a must and since my wife moderates the official Deadliest Catch and Myth Busters sites I tend to watch them as well.

Battleground Weird War II and Tyranid Attack. But will play most if given the chance.

All. The wife and I are huge video gamers but have slowed down because of life and the kids but we still got them all. I like military gaming and horror and she is a RPGer. We all rock out to the music games too.

ALL! I love board games and the family and I play at least once a week.

Only in the bedroom!

Nope, I'm a dedicated wargamer these days. Did my time as a RPGer in the 80s with D&D and Twilight 2000.

No time for a fake life -- I have a real one. With bills.

Traditional card games.

Too much to list.

I prefer to game at home if possible. This allows me to have access to all my tons of scenery, miniatures and vehicles for our gaming. It also allows for a more laid back environment not having to worry about other gamers or games next to you, hours of operation, etc. We can kick back in my basement, down some beers, eat some Bar BQ, BS and game at whatever pace we want to. Nothing like killing your friend's stuff with a chilled Bombay tonic and a roast beef sandwich next to your advancing troops in the calm of a cool basement with TSOL or the Cramps playing in the background. Ahhh, bliss.

I love my family, country and God in that order. I also love comic books, movies, old school punk rock, wargaming in general, politics, history and being an all around stereotypical Texas bastard.

I am the creator of Battleground Weird War II and owner of the soon to be opened What The?! Miniatures. I have been behind the scenes of several gaming projects and have to say most of the guys in the biz are great. I am a die hard lover of the US and a red state conservative that believes in small government and self reliance. I love people in general and love to parlay whenever I get a chance. Attending comic and gaming cons are some of my favorite things to do. And the most important thing in my life is my wonderful wife and amazing kids.

I kinda came off like a tool, and I hate outing myself politcally, but this guy is from the Netherlands (which I did not realized until after I read and responded to his post)-clearly he isn't getting the whole story if he can post what he did, how he did.  The Obamessiah has been gettin far too easy of a time (mainly because the truth is he couldn't stand up to real scrutiny) and I am tired of it.

McCain is no picnic either but I bet his moderate record will be more likely to get him elected if he can separate himself from Bush.  Sad but true.

Thanks for the advice man, I appreciate it.  Far as influences, I'm pretty heavily influenced by Jim Lee.  He was the first artist I really saw.  I was late to the comic party, lol.  Jeez, even to this day, my anatomy and picture structure is still a throwback to Jim Lee.  But I kinda switch between that style and the "American Anime" style as some of my friends call it.  Like the "Legion of Superheroes" cartoon and the "The Batman" cartoon.  It's a little more simple, but allows for a lotta creativity, if you ask me.

Nah, I didn't draw my pic, a buddy of mine sent it to me cause he thought I did though.  I'm wanting to either get into illustrating RPG books, or if I could get one of my own books published by a Comic Company, that'd be cool.
