I am a veteran IT professional with 20 years of experience providing top-notch services to professional, government, and academic institutions. My primary roles have been customer-facing positions such as Senior Support Engineer, Application Support Manager, and User Services Manager. I've also held roles on the back end of IT, including Network Specialist, Operations Engineer, and Senior Services Delivery Analyst. I have extensive knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as a moderate amount of knowledge in web design (XHTML and CSS). I have an outstanding ability to communicate with internal and external clients, and can translate complex technology concepts into easily understandable terms.

Since 2002 I have put my passion for gaming to use as a game designer in the hobby game industry. In fact, I was a partner in Silven Entertainment LLC, a publisher of electronic gaming products such as pdf games and original music compilations, and I am currently the founder and president of Wild Hunt Games. I have been a writer, editor, mechanics editor, and developer on various projects over the years. Although I am developing new products for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and for Mutants & Masterminds under the Wild Hunt Games name, I am still a freelance writer and designer ready to take on new projects
