Hollow’s Last Hope (pt. 3) The Witches Hut
The sounds of the forest become suddenly distant as the trees part, opening into a small, almost perfectly circular glade. The nearest stands of pine, eyln, and darkwood—all typically sturdy woods—twist away from the clearing, as if bent by some impossibly strong wind or seemingly in an attempt to flee despite their paralyzed roots. At the glade’s center squats an ugly cottage, little more than a pile of twigs, shoots, and ivy stacked upon mud walls. From the thatched roof dangle... Read More

The 4E Game and License
I think that there are alot of people right now who are thinking 4E is okay, but it just doesn't have the right feel. If you've looked at my profile, you may have already noticed that I'm part of a small game publishing company. The funny thing is that Peryton RPG, our best-selling product (although Troll Tunnels hasn't been out long and is showing a lot of promise) was kind of an accident. Here's what happened. I wanted to introduce my gaming group, a bunch of Tunnels & Trolls fanatics, to the good things about the d20/OGL world but I was burned out on all the homework involved in D&D 3/3.5. I found a...
