The Philosophy of Wargame Design (or beating your head in with a slice...
Like almost every wargamer out there I have the attention span of a gnat when it comes to periods of wargaming, projects, and sticking things out until completed. I'll buy a shed load of miniatures and paint about half before seeing another bright n' shiny and abandon the current miniatures and terrain in order to start on something else. Giant Monster Rampage at the LGS!!!
Today we had a butt-kicking good time at Adventures in Gaming!!! We started out small with Jim and I duking it out. Next Dave joined and then soon 5 more people shortly after!!! Unfortunately my old stand by king Ghidorah went down in a hail of fire from Ogrethulhu. Also Mechagodzilla, Biolante, Godzilla 2000, Meltdown Godzilla, Gamera (Heisei era), Space Godzilla and Cthulhu showed up to stomp the town. Wizards of the Coast Backburners Gleemax
Wizards of the Coast just announced they are backburnering their social networking site, Gleemax, in favor of concentrating resources on their other two internet endeavors, Magic Online and D&D Insider. Apparently the site will be shut down in September and the message boards will be rolled back into the wizards.com URL. Battlefield 2 has to many hack users!
Hello everyone, Well I must say I hardly ever log into what used to be one of my favorite multiplayer games. Lately it seems impossible to find a battlefield 2 server that doesn't have hack users cheating and making the gameplay totally unbearable. The most common hack used is the aimbot hack. Walls of Jericho
The alarm was ringing, but it really wasn't light out yet. It was my day off and it was 6 am, wha? At times like this, there were only two possibilities: I'd either found my way into the Twilight Zone, or I was going hiking. Thankfully thus far, I have only experienced the latter.
