Looking for a new game.

I go to a number of conventions, and enjoy finding new games that work well at Cons.  One I've been playing for a few years now is called Tsuro, it's a board game with pieces, and tiles.  Plays fairly easy, and quick.

 

I'm always on the look out for ones that I haven't heard of.  And before I ask for suggestions, I know of Puerto Rico, and Carrcosone.  I'm really looking for something that plays a little faster.

 

Ok, any suggestions?

Space Hulk sounds interesting.  I may try to find it. 

 

Heroscape, I used to collect, but gave to a friends kid after I didn't play it for a long while.  And I love Zombies!  But, isn't always a short run.

I love Space Hulk... it's out of print and costs quite a bit if you can find it but it is probably my all time fave.  The Space Marine player has to have all of his actions completed before his time is up.  If not, his turn ends and the genestealer player can take as long as they want to move their pieces.  It makes for a very fast playing, hectic, and intense game.

Power Grid is awesome, but it went out of print. Try the Zombies! boardgame. Even Heroscape is pretty cool for short game runs.

The new style, Celestial, has gone live! We hope you like it. If you preferred the old look you can go to your account page and set it as your default style. To do this scroll down your account page, look on the left hand side of your screen, and you will see a box called Themes.
