In the beginning I intended Overkill to be a two-model Warlord. My first battle with her proved my theory a good one. The Banelord can be a lot of fun to field unless all you roll is 1’s and 6's. That was my problem last Saturday. Of the four turns she participated in, I only managed to have her either go Fire Frenzy or Blood Rage. And even though I went in to the battle with a mindset of "just have fun and let's see where this will go" it got irritating quick.
So before I created the Banelord parts I fashioned guns and an alternate cockpit for the Warlord. Those of you who follow my blog know this already. Overkill comes with 2 Gatling Blasters and 2 Vulcan Megabolters for a combine fire of 42 shots per turn. Hence the name.
