I feel the need to type out a few words to include here today, but I have no grand plan. I expect I'll be less coherent than usual.
Despite learning chess at a very young age, I've always sucked at the game. I decided to pick up a chess book to try and improve my play a little. It certainly can't get any worse.
As I'm typing this, I'm listening to "Don't Be Late" and "Diamond Crevasse," both songs from Macross Frontier. It's getting me really psyched to run my Mekton campaign this weekend.
Played Halo 3 with two other friends last night. I set it up as a Team Slayer match and let them both gang up to try to kill me. I only lost one of our several games, and I was still within one kill of victory. The accomplishment doesn't speak to my skill in the game. I'm horrible. Fortunately for me, they're much worse.
