I'm a big fan of Nutter Butters for game snacks.  Double Stuff Oreos are another biggie but of course both of these are store bought.  On the odd occassion that I feel like cooking something I'll make my own variant of Chile con Queso or my wife will make a seven layer dip.

I don't follow any particular recipe for the Queso... I just do it to taste.  It has a block of velveta cheese, a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes (with the jalepeno bits), browned hamburger or spicy sausage, some drained pico de gallo (you just want the veggies... not the juice), and I thin it out to the right consistency with some Shiner Bock beer.  Put all of that in a crock-pot and open a few bags of tortilla chips and you've got some awesome gamer food.

I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it.

Awesome!!  Games are always better with something delicious to munch on!  Have you ever had oreo rice krispy treats?  Just add some crushed up oreo cookies into the melted marshmallows after they've been removed from the heat.  *yummy sound*  ^_^
