Welcome!  Dallas is my old stomping ground (grew up there and went to Lake Highlands... home of the REAL Wildcats!).

I know so little wbout sports, but I'm almost certain you're talking about the local ping pong team, right?

I liked your "Best Swashbuckling" poll but you didn't put Skull & Bones as a selection.  I highly suggest it if you've never checked it out.  http://www.gamewyrd.com/review/378

Yup and I have a bunch of their stuff.  It occurred to me about a day ago that I'd completely forgotten it (I was thinking, put one of each type of system and 7th Sea has both R&K and d20 so in my mind I'd already hit it).

Oh and thanks for the friend invite :)

Sorry to hear about your mugging... I only go into DC to work and only an extremely insane person would mug me when my office is right next to FBI HQ.

Thanks.  But there are some pretty insane people around here, I live a block from the Senate building and this still happened.  Then the guy turned the corner and got two other people.  Friggin D.C.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes.  I have to admit to being rather surprised though, since my birthday isn't until January...  Must be a glitch in the system, though I can't seem to find out where my birthday information is posted (and therefore don't know how to change it to the correct date).  Wierd.  Thanks anyway though - maybe it's my birthday in an alternate dimension!

Smart man.  Plus you have an emotional investment in him that prevents us from using him as monster bait.

It occured to me that the only player to survive our module to date is the NPC-which are usually the first characters to go!

That is because he is a Wizard who stays away from melee and if he DOES get into melee he'll shift and then use his 1/day teleport ability to put some distance between himself and the guy who attacked him.
