We'll keep a close eye on the weather-I don't want to drag three kids through the rain all day, especially not that it is getting cooler.  If I have to I'd reschedule for the next week.

I'll let you know when, but I'll probably drop the dice off at Game Parlour in a package of some kind marked "Mandy" or "Fivefootmayhem" (whichever you prefer).

Still looking at doing Renfair this weekend?  My wife has signed on so we are 90% going if the weather holds out.

We'll be there rain or shine!  ^_^  We plan on being at the gates at about 9:30 to meet up with everyone before they open at 10:00 (of course, there's no predicting the traffic). Btw, I'm going to be wearing a brown dress with a leaf painted vest.  I have long reddish hair and I kind of look like a hobbit, short and plump.  Mike is tall and wide (okay, okay, he's fat).  He has black curly hair and a go-tee. I hope this helps to find us.  ^_^  *fingers crossed for good weather*

Nothing wrong with being from another planet (or feeling that way..:) )

Haven't gotten the confirmation from the spousal unit yet but she is interested and I know my oldest and youngest would be.

Ironic, I'm down in F-burg and my game up in Woodbridge was cancelled.  That said, we actually went out to eat around the peak and, as storms go, it wasn't that bad.

1) How did you fare in the storm?
2) Do you have a color request for those dice?  Going through my dice bag I found some old ones I could part with.

We did all right.  I canceled my appointment I was supposed to go to in Fredericksburg.  How did you guys do?  Not too much stress with it, I hope.

I really appreciate the offer of dice!!  Our wedding colors are cranberry and gold, but I'll take what I can get!!  ^_^  Thank you so much!!  I owe you cupcakes!

Btw, let me know if you guys can make it to the fair?  I'm getting excited for it.  I've been rumbling through all my rolls of fabric. Yes... I'm a costume nerd.  ^_^

I usually get up for work around six fifteen.  First thing I do is go feed the cats.  Usually they want food around five thirty.  On the weekends when I sleep in until seven thirty they still demand food at six.  They are very insistent!

Your Maine Coon sounds like my cat.  He's an orange tabby rescue who never really got used to the dog.  After 10 years Cat still starts most of the fights.  And for some reason they've taken to fighting with each other at about 5:30 every morning.  Like the alarm clock sound wasn't bad enough.

It's not the Dumfries Animal Hospital is it?  My poor cats had a nice long stay there.  They didn't complain much afterwards (or at least not any more than usual).

Being mated with offspring myself I don't get a chance to get out and play that much.  I am getting in on Calico Jack's game-I have not responded to the Yahoo thing because I just got internet turned on at home (just moved into a new house-it's been a nightmare!) and they block it here at work (bastards).  I assume it was you and your fiance he was talking about (I wasn't able to make it to the meet and greet).

It's one of these places I like to swing by ever month or so.  They've got a great selection of stuff you can't get elsewhere and are friendly in that sassy and sarcastic way that only gamers are.

Too bad they block you at work.  I work at an animal hospital, so I don't even get to see a computer during the day.  I feel ya...

Yeah, living in Fairfax, I don't get by the Woodbridge Game Parlor all too often anymore.  I used to live down Smoketown Rd, so it was just a hop, skip and a jump.  We also make it down there about once a month.   Anyhow, Pookasydi (my fiance) and I asked CalicoJack to keep us updated, so hopefully we'll be able to make to the next get-together.    *fingers crossed*

Thanks for the sentiment about the move; it's been our worst ever in regard to time taken to get our stuff, service from local untilities, and of course, broken items.  Every day I unpack I find something else either missing or looking like it was drop-kick all the way here from North Carolina.
