How many time to paint a mini ?

As I'm use to have a lot of minis to paint, I try to paint them in
batch, using the same basic colours in order to spend no more than an
hour a mini.

e.g. this posse of outlaws, the Kilkenny Wildcats

I usually paint several at a time. Use the same color on several figures at a time and when that color is done the first figure is dry. It depends on how many I am doing but it amounts to 2-6 hours per batch. Larger single figures (like one I am working on now) can take up to 8 hours of constant work.
