Richard Lee Byers.....go back to school please
I rarely get to pick up a good book these days. I did land myself a copy of Undead (Forgotten Realms) dirt cheap at a local Waldens. So yesterday at the beach I started to read this D&D novel. So the story was pretty cool. BUT then came the word use issues. The Starting of something Big part #2
Last week (posted today) The Group managed to Set a Smoking pile of Pine leaves in the Caves, Technically they also did some other things but I could not post it, lest they read this blog and figure out some of the adventure in between time.I guess thats part of the problem with the story line, In the movies, you can cut to the bad guy, what he's doing, whats going on, let the players understand the plot from the opposite side of the table, because as an audience, they dont have any ability to a... Mini Game Burnout
I'm wondering how many people are going to agree with me on this, or whether I'm the only one. Either way, I just felt like putting my thoughts out there on the subject of wargames and miniature games.
