I read a lot of Science Fiction books. I read the Lord of the Rings series, including the Hobbit, years before the movies came out. I have read Harry Potter up too the third book. The rest of the books I haven’t had a chance to read yet. Damn College :)

I also am really into survival and first aid books. I like to hunt and camp and that stuff is important when things go bad. I practice what’s in those books to be ready.

I am a college student working towards a criminal justice degree.

My degree program includes stuff like socialogy, and psychology that has helped me to create more vivid and lively characters than before.

I am actually a mix of different styles of music. Mostly I listen to the harder side of Rock and Alternative, occasionally Heavy Metal. This includes bands like Metallica, Kittie, Korn, Nirvana, Saliva, and Disturbed.

I also listen to Country music as well. This is a mix of the old country and the new country. Some favorites here are Garth Brooks, Brooks and Dun, Alabama, Oakridge boys, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Rodgers, and Toby Kieth.

A lot of TV shows that are considered actuality rather than reality. Yes Tru TV is my favorite channel. I consider it pre-training to some of the stuff I will have to deal with when I become a cop.

I also love to watch History, and Discovery Channel. I am actually working for a minor in History. It has always been a hobby of mine.

Out side of the Non-Fiction stuff is My hearts love for Fantasy and Science Fiction. I write my own stuff when I game, and allot of good ideas come from this genre. While I do like Holy Wood Stuff (Yet disagree with Holy Wood on a personal level) Anime does an excellent job in this genre.

Some specific stuff I watch include Cops, The Investigators, Cold Cases, Law and Order (the original and SVU), Futurama, Family Guy, The new Battle Star Galactica, Jericho, Fire Fly, Ghost in a Shell (all of them), Tri Gun, The Matrix series, The Lord of the Rings Series, Lethal Weapon Series, and more that I will add latter.

While I claim United Methodist, I am more along the lines of United Christian. I do not beleive in bending the bible to say what you want it too say, or to follow any particular relgion blindly.

Storyteller

I am big into Battle Tech's Mechwarrrior Clix game and I crush the evil witches inside of the emperium as a Black Templar in Warhammer 40K

A whole lot to list. They range mostly in the Real Time Strategy, and the Role Playing Genre. Two first person military shooters are at the top of my list as well.

Some specific games include the Resident Evil Series, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Tomb Raider, Sid Mier’s Pirates, the Civilization Series, and Star Craft.

I haven’t been able to get Star Craft II or the new Dawn of War yet. I am trying to save money to up grade my computer and play them.

I am a Monopoly mogul and a Risk conqueror. I get owned by my wife and best friend in Scrabble all of the time though.

I have playied Vampire LARP and did enjoy it. There is a LARP group around here called SOLAR. I just can't get to any of the meetings.

I play d20 modern in an old Tri Tac games setting called Bureau 13. In it the PCs are paranormal investgators working covertly with the federal Government.

I also Play D&D 3.5 and Oriental Adventures in d20. Both of these are playied based on my own world called Drakosen.

Due to the rating our grand creators set, I am going to keep these comments rated at least PG.

I don’t like people who are rude or mean for no reason. There is no need for it. These idiots that could be honest and hard working but decide to treat others like crap and steal from them. That’s why I am looking at a badge when I graduate college. I want others to have a better life. One where they don't have to carry a side arm to go grocery shopping or too the bank. Will I succeed? Probably not. But fighting the good fight is what I am about.

I wish some one else would open up a store in my area. There was a store called Mondo Atomica that was great. It got closed because of personal problems in the managment.

My loveing hobby is Table Top Role Playing Games. I play D&D 3.5, the new d20 Oriental Adventures, and d20 Modern with all of its sub ideas.

I also like just hanging out with friends and talking. Being social outside of a game is just as good as being social in a game.

I am a very protective person. Especialy around my own family and friends.

Welcome aboard, Roadford! Hope you enjoy the site. We had some discussion of Hamilton books in the forum and there's a book discussion group called "Dragon's Hoard Books" if you're interested.

Well, Dragon's Hoard Books is the name of the book group I created. It provides one more discussion area for books. Lots of us are Laurell K. Hamilton fans here. I think the Hmailton threads are in the book section of the main forum, but if you can't find them, they may be in the thread marked "Chick Books."
