Baked Perch Conquistidor
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgen olive oil
- Mexican Style chilli powder.
- FRESH ground black pepper
Pre heat Oven to 350
Coat fish in Olive oil
place on baking pan
pour olive oil and juice in pan
Dust with Chilli powder and Salt Liberaly ( both sides)
Grind Pepper over the convex side of the fish
Shred Carrot over fish
top with pinapple Chunks
Bake for 30-35 min or untill fish flakes with a fork
Serve over your favorit Spanish rice.
Feeds 3-4 as main corse
