2 cups kimchi
2 cups of water
Pork neck 150 g.
1 cup hard white tofu
½ onion
1 spring onion
2 onions/ tablespoons gochujang
2 tbsp Korean chili
1 tbsp granulated sugar
How to make Kimchi Soup
STEP 1 : Prepare the ingredients
Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the kimchi into pieces and prepare.

STEP 2 : Boil

Add onion and pork neck to stir fry. When the pork starts to cook, add the kimchi and stir for a while. Pour the water over it and add the Japanese spring onions. Bring to a boil, boil for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add white tofu. Then boil for another 5 minutes.

STEP 3 : Serve

Ladle into serving bowls Sprinkle with spring onions, and that’s it, our  “Kimchi Soup” is ready to eat!
